Hi, I'm a fan of your website, but there's something missing. I'm really curious to know about seaweed, Nori to be exact. I would like to know if there are health concerns when eating it and if there are certain kinds that children, pregnant women, or the general population should avoid? What about organic seaweed? Is there benefit in eating organic seaweed vs. conventionally grown?

Thank you!!!

I'm curious: why do the Japanese, who eat vastly more fish than we do, of all varieties, have a much longer life expectancy and much lower health care costs than Americans do if fish is so dangerous? Their kids seem to be exceptionally smart as well, and they certainly make great cars, which may or not be fish-related! Also, why did the major studies of women and children in the Seychelles and the Avon Study in England show benefits to children whose mothers ate the most seafood if it's so dangerous? The Faeroe Island study shows a minor risk to eating lots of whale blubber, but we don't tend to eat whale in the US. It seems to me that you're scaring women (and everyone) away from eating a really healthy protein source, which they probably replace with red meat. Do you really think that's healthier?
